3. Project Funding
a. Contributions: When you contribute to a project, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the pledged amount.
b. Funding Goals: All projects on Dayawant have funding goals. Projects that do not meet their funding goals within the specified timeframe may not be funded, and supporters will not be charged.
c. Refunds: Project creators are responsible for delivering promised rewards and fulfilling their obligations. If a project is unable to deliver as promised, they should communicate with supporters about any changes and offer refunds if necessary.

a. Ownership: Project creators retain ownership of their project content, but by posting it on Dayawant, they grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content.
b. Prohibited Content: You may not post or share content that is offensive, illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms.
